We spent the last couple of days stranded at my parents' house during this despicable ice storm. It may have been terrible sleep with the power going out every night and sleeping on a futon, but we got some really adorable pictures! Enjoy :-) While we were there, Aiden took a fancy to my father's stuffed moose. She loves cuddling with him. I've never seen her so affectionate with an inanimate object. I guess we've found her comfort object!
Our first morning... somebody is obviously sleepy!
Dan snuck Aidie's hat on her head. She is just so darn cute with it on, but she hates wearing anything on her head.
Aiden has recently discovered her echo. She puts her face into everything and makes hysterical noises. I love it!
Aidie and Grampy had fun watching Grammy feed the birds.
Aiden loves playing with cookie cutters (at least the kid friendly, plastic ones). Lately, we have had a lot of fun looking through holes at one another. She thinks it's so fun!
We call this Grammy's pony. Makes Aiden laugh like crazy.
Our little family having a few laughs during our imprisonment.
Aiden loves petting the puppy... and she is using such gentle hands with her now. I'm so proud!
And of course, we had to spend some time in a laundry basket ;-)
