Dan and I finally had our hearing about our subleaser (good news and finally over!). So my mom babysat Aidie for us. They had a great time play with my old doll house- she wanted to sit inside the house!- and swinging in her new swing. She had a blast!
The next day was Uncle John's birthday. So we got to play with the doll house again. It was so funny. We had been talking about how well she understands pretty much everything we say and here she proved it again. We asked her "Why is the daddy in the baby swing?" So she picked up the baby and took it to the swing instead. So amazing how well she understands!
Continuing on this thread. We announced that it was time for presents. So Aidie brought Uncle Johnny one of her toys. Right on cue. It was adorable.
She had made Uncle John a handmade card earlier. She LOVES to draw!
She wanted to help Uncle John unwrap his presents. She has had a lot of practice and was a great helper!
And then it was time to blow out the candles.... tricky tricky candles.
Today, Aidie decided that she was ready to ride her tricycle all on her own! She was so proud- as evidence by the little secret smile on her face.
